Shipping & Return Policy

• WE SHIP FROM VA.
• YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP WITHIN 24-48 HOURS OR WITHIN 7 DAYS. IT DEPENDS OF INVENTORY AVAILABILITY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A MESSAGE ONCE WE SHIP YOUR PRODUCT.
• WE DON'T OPERATE ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

Please ensure prior to placing your order that your shipping address is correct. AO will NOT assume responsibility for the cost of transportation to re-ship any orders that are "returned to sender" due to an inaccurate or incorrect address. These orders are also not subject to cancellation, and the customer will be responsible for the transportation charges to re-ship the returned order to the correct address.

Return and Exchange

If you need to make an exchange or return, items must be in their original unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. Please contact us to request a return label for an exchange. ALPHA OMEGA is not financially responsible for shipping charges on exchanges back to our headquarters. Be sure to obtain a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages. All exchanges are depending on existing stock. Item must be in original packaging with tags attached and unworn. Any store credit issued will be valid for one year from date issued. PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND CANNOT BE WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

DEFECTED PRODUCT

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.
